In this month’s issue of Cleaning & Maintenance Management magazine, Halo Restoration Services Owner James Epperson was interviewed for an article on “Five Culinary Cleaning Issues To Avoid.”

The article focused on five maintenance missteps that could cause serious issues in commercial kitchens, including:

  • Using the wrong chemicals or cleaning methods
  • Effects of grease buildup
  • Cleaning up missed spills
  • Importance of water cleanup
  • Consequences of failed inspections

“Without a question, commercial kitchens are one of, if not the, most difficult spaces to clean,” says Epperson. “It requires a specific skill set.”
